Our Manoir de Mercey wines are all made from selected plots, in well-identified locations.

 

Our three flagship appellations – Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Rully, and Mercurey – are represented here in their finest expressions. Both our white wines made from Chardonnay and our red wines made from Pinot Noir receive our full attention. You will also find our Bourgogne Pinot Noir and Bourgogne Aligoté.

 

Aged exclusively in oak barrels in the Manor's cellars, these wines reflect a savoir-faire built and passed down through generations at the Manoir de Mercey. They will delight you in their youth, but they will also age gracefully in the cellar, only to surprise you a few years later.
