Our Manoir de Mercey cuvées all come from plot selections, from well-identified localities.
Our three flagship appellations are represented there - Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Rully and Mercurey - in their most successful versions. Both the white wines from the Chardonnay grape variety and the red wines from the Pinot Noir grape variety are the subject of our full attention.
Aged exclusively in oak barrels in the cellars of the Manoir, these wines reflect of a know-how built and transmitted by several generations within the Manoir de Mercey. They will delight you from a young age, but they will also know how to be forgotten in the cellar to surprise you a few years later.
In a more uninhibited style, our Domaine Berger-Rive cuvées are resolutely modern.
