Tasting notes : White-fruit aromas, mineral, elegant, and delicate on the palate
Serving: 10 to 12°C (50 - 54°F)
Keeping : from 2 to 4 years at a maximum temperature of 17°C
To accompany: To be served with cold starters, fish, seafood or poultry.
