Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay



Vinification:  Slow alcoholic fermentation in oak casks, around 20 days at low temperature (19-22°C)



Ageing:   Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, this wine will undergo malolactic fermentation in Spring, if the characteristics of the vintage allow. This wine will be aged in casks on fine lees with regular stirring.



Serving: 11-13°C  



Keeping:  This wine can be drunk young, in order to take full advantage of its aromas of fresh fruit. It is capable of ageing up to 4 years and will give aromas of hazelnut, almond.



Tasting notes: Aromas of pear , combined with passion fruit. Fine freshness on the palate revealing a mineral stamp.



To accompany: It will be the perfect accompaniment to white meats or fish
